Down then up!

Firstly, last night, i lost a £25 buy in last night plus the proff i made the night before, which sucks, i played ok i thought, but not to be. Tonight i put £25 in, i lost £17 in some sng's, i then put the remainder on a £0.15/£0.25 table, got it up to £28 before busting, i then thought i'd gamble further (possibly wasn't the best of ideas). I put £40 on a £1/£2 table, i left that table with £150, i didn't get above this at any point. I won the £150 pot, went down to about £115 ish, then got it back up to the £150 mark, before deciding to leave, which i haven't done for a while lol...the £150 pot went like this:
